Guidelines for Submitting Abstracts of Articles
Please pay attention to the following points when submitting abstracts of articles:
- All stages of submission, reception, review, and tracking the latest status of submitted articles are conducted through the congress platform. Therefore, please ensure sufficient attention to remembering your username and password.
- Respected researchers are requested to register on the congress website by the deadline of March 5, 2024 and then submit the abstracts of their articles.
- The printed articles will not be considered. Accepted abstracts will be published in the abstract book without any changes. The scientific and literary accuracy of the article is the responsibility of the author or authors.
- Before submitting an article, it is necessary to register as a user on the congress platform. Log in with your username and password and complete all submission stages through the "Submit Article" option.
- It is emphasized that the abstracts should include the title, introduction, method, results, and conclusion.
- The responsibility for the scientific content and the adherence to author names lies with the article writer.
- Prepare your article text using the provided English article template at the end of this section.
- Abstracts should be a maximum of 350 words, in English, and appropriately divided among the mentioned sections.
- Article presentation at the congress will be oral in English or Persian and poster presentations in English or Persian, solely through PowerPoint software.
- Articles should be written in Microsoft Word 2016/2010, on A4 paper, using Times New Roman font size 11 for English.

- The structure of abstracts should include the following:
Title

Clear, specific, and indicative of the main research findings
|
Introduction
|
Briefly explain the introduction, objectives, the importance of the research issue, and provide a concise overview of the research background.
|
Methods
|
Describe the study design, research method, study population, sampling method, and selection criteria in response to the research question or idea. Ensure proper scientific data collection and analysis.
|
Results
|
Present research findings and results (text only, no tables or figures) scientifically valid and relevant to the existing research in the field.
|
Conclusion
|
Interpret the results obtained in the research and make a logical comparison with the results of other studies.
|
Keywords
|
Create spaces between keywords using commas and mention three to five keywords.
|
References
|
Include references in Vancouver format in this section.
